Chapman Street Studios is a newly renovated Creative & Art Studio in Jingletown, Oakland, California. Based in a historic industrial arts building, the nine-studio space has been newly renovated and meticulously designed to meet the needs of all types of artists and creatives from painters to photographers, small production businesses to large scale artists.

Chapman Street Studios is growing in early 2026! We’re opening fresh, light-filled spaces on our ground floor—room to stretch, paint, build, and dream. Each studio is 300–500+ sq ft, waiting to be shaped by the work that happens inside. Our upstairs is already alive with a thriving community of artists, and soon, more voices and visions will join in. A place for making, sharing, and being part of something bigger.
